1. What Crown. supports today
Crown. is designed for people who navigate by keyboard, use a screen reader, enlarge text, need stronger contrast, use touch or switch controls, or need less motion or transparency. We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA; that is a continuing target, not a claim that every assistive-technology and browser combination is perfect.
- A skip link, one main landmark, ordered headings, labelled fields, named icon controls, and live announcements for important changes.
- Visible keyboard focus, controls designed around a 44 by 44 pixel touch target, zoom and text enlargement without blocking browser scaling.
- Dark and light themes, written status and error messages, reduced-motion, reduced-transparency, increased-contrast, and forced-colour support.
- Core reading and local work remain available on slow connections and supported offline paths.
2. Honest limitations
Automated checks cannot prove that every reading order feels natural with every screen reader, and we have not tested every device, browser, switch, voice-control system, or assistive technology. Some surfaces opened from email are operated by providers and are not built by us. Crown. fixes confirmed barriers rather than treating this statement as a guarantee.
3. Tell us what blocks you
Write to support@scfbrand.com with the screen and what happened. You do not need technical language or the name of a guideline. We will review the barrier and tell you what we can do or what remains limited.
4. This statement
This statement applies to the Crown. application. We review it when the app changes materially. Accessibility preferences are applied on the device and are not used to profile, score, or advertise to you.
