1. Agreement and app scope
These Terms govern only the Crown. application operated by Super Collective Family LLC, a Utah company. By creating an account or continuing after a material update, you agree to these Terms and the Crown. Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or sign out. Website, waitlist, Family Audit, store, shipping, purchase, and website-cookie terms are outside these app Terms.
2. What Crown. is
Crown. is a private family space for shared rhythms, sealed writing, private notes and conversation, a roster, and family doctrine. It is not a public social network, emergency messenger, medical or mental-health service, legal or financial service, safeguarding service, or substitute for a qualified professional.
3. Accounts and eligibility
An account needs an accurate working email address and password, and one person holds one account. You are responsible for your password, recovery code, and account activity. Accounts are for people, not bots or automated agents.
Adults may create accounts independently. A person under the age of majority may create and use an account only through a valid Family Unit invitation from a parent, legal guardian, or another adult legally authorized to consent for them. The inviting adult confirms that authority and accepts responsibility for the consent the law requires. We do not ask for a birth date, and a younger person may not open an independent, uninvited account. A roster name is not an account.
4. Family Units and invitations
You are responsible for whom you invite and what you share. A key is single use, expires after 30 days or when replaced, and is consumed after one successful new membership. Repeated delivery of the same successful join does not create another membership. Capacity and adult-only creation rules apply.
Heads can invite, hand the Family Unit on, and close it. Two heads must both agree to closure, and a sole head may need to name a successor before leaving. Being a head does not grant access to another person's private writing. Self-declared family descriptions are optional, blank by default, presentational only, grant no permission, verify nothing, and carry no legal meaning.
5. Sealing and recovery
Supported private content is sealed on the device with a key we do not receive before synchronization. We cannot read or produce properly sealed content, moderate or index it, or restore it if both the password and recovery code are lost. Encryption does not hide operational metadata, prevent a recipient from copying what they open, or give legacy or failed-sealing records protection they do not have.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you create. When cloud sync is enabled, you grant us only the limited permission needed to store, transmit, secure, back up, and display it to the people you choose through Crown. We do not sell private content or use it to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or ground a machine-learning model.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Crown. to threaten, exploit, harass, impersonate, defraud, endanger anyone, distribute unlawful material, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, surveil or control a family member, invite someone without authority, bypass security, interfere with service, scrape, automate access, or probe accounts or systems without authorization. We may restrict or end access where reasonably necessary to protect people, the service, or legal obligations.
8. Brand and software protection
The Crown. and Super Collective Family names, marks, interface, Constellation mechanics, written doctrine, and software belong to Super Collective Family LLC or its licensors. You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use Crown. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, mirror, frame, systematically extract, reverse-engineer, or use the app or its materials to build a competing service or training dataset except where law expressly permits.
9. Exports, deletion, and quiet accounts
Readable exports are created on your device. We can provide accessible metadata and stored ciphertext but cannot make properly sealed content readable. Deleting an account destroys covered records and wrapping material without reading the sealed content first. Export what you want to keep.
An account quiet for 180 days is deleted after notices near days 150 and 173. Opening Crown. resets the period. Leaving a Family Unit ends access to its shared content from that point but does not by itself delete your account or personal journal.
10. Availability and changes
Crown. is offered as is and as available. Offline behavior, browser operation, synchronization, and provider availability vary by device and network. Some features require a connection. We may repair, add, change, pause, or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical and request renewed agreement when rights or obligations materially change.
11. Safety
Crown. provides prompts, rituals, writing, and private family communication tools. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, emergency, safeguarding, or crisis advice and must not be relied on for urgent communication. If someone may be in danger, contact the local emergency number or an appropriate qualified professional.
12. Security research
Report a weakness to reports@scfbrand.com with enough detail to reproduce it and allow reasonable time before disclosure. Use only your own accounts and data; do not access, change, retain, or remove another person's data; do not interrupt the service, use denial-of-service or spam, socially engineer anyone, or demand payment for silence. Good-faith work inside those boundaries is treated as authorized.
13. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent law permits, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation or a particular family outcome. Super Collective Family LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for content made unrecoverable by loss of a key. Where law allows a contractual cap, total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Crown. in the preceding twelve months or USD 25 if you paid nothing. Mandatory consumer rights and liabilities that law does not allow us to exclude remain intact.
14. Disputes and Utah law
Contact support@scfbrand.com first and allow 30 days for informal resolution. Where enforceable, unresolved disputes proceed individually rather than as a class and may be resolved by binding arbitration seated in Utah or held remotely. Small-claims cases and requests to stop misuse of marks, software, doctrine, or security remain available. Mandatory rights to local courts or local law override this section where they apply.
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days after first accepting these Terms by emailing support@scfbrand.com from the account email. These Terms are governed by Utah law, without removing protections that must apply where you live.
15. Good-faith reports and feedback
Knowingly false reports, fabricated evidence, impersonation, extortion, and coordinated disruption are breaches of these Terms. If you send an idea or feature suggestion, we may use it without payment or a duty of confidence; sending it creates no employment, partnership, agency, or co-authorship relationship.
16. Notices and general terms
We may give notices through the account email or Crown. If a provision is unenforceable, it is narrowed only as needed and the remainder stays in force. Delay in enforcement is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the agreement for Crown. Sections concerning sealing, ownership, acceptable use, liability, disputes, and protection of the service survive account closure. The Spanish translation is provided for accessibility; if it conflicts with English, English controls except where local law requires otherwise.
17. Contact
Contact support@scfbrand.com for account, privacy, legal, or dispute questions. Contact reports@scfbrand.com only to report a security vulnerability. Super Collective Family LLC is formed and based in Utah, United States.
